According to Ian Graham, Global Warranty Manager, the goal is to provide clearer, more consistent, and timely warranty service. Sales teams globally are actively involved in the project, which will roll out further changes to customers from early 2026. Sandvik plans ongoing collaboration with customers to make sure improvements are relevant and support long-term productivity.
